Each coaching session will be 30 minutes in duration. An initial 45 minute assessment will be held at the beginning to develop an effective action plan, goals and areas of focus specific to each individuals needs.

The Grind Performance coaching and training programs were designed with this exactly in mind. Having global and 24/7 access to our online community/ mobile app allows you to have the needed support and guidance no matter where you may be located. Coaching calls can be held virtually via Zoom making it ease of access for all individuals even if you are travelling, on the road, at the field or at home. On top of the 1-on-1 coaching sessions you will be able to join group coaching sessions in our community and watch all group coaching call recordings so you never miss a thing! This provides you and your athletes the needed support in between the hectic athletic/ academic schedules.
